If you are a tenant in one of our managed properties, there are many ways you can report maintenance issues to us.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, outside of our office hours, please contact our emergency out of hours number that was provided to you as part of your check-in pack. We will endeavor to attend to emergency issues as soon as possible.

Please Note: If you report an emergency and a contractor is instructed to address an issue that is not considered, you may be liable for additional costs incurred.

General Maintenance

General Maintenance can be reported via telephone using our office number during working hours, or via our online maintenance reporting system.

Please be as descriptive as possible and always provide a photo of the problem when you can.
