Not only has the price of houses increased, but so has the price of renting. Average rent across NI, for all property types sees an impressive annual increase of 5.8% and a quarterly increase of 1.3%, in Q2 of 2021. 

 

In our local area, Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon area, rent has seen an annual increase of 3.6%, and a quarterly increase of 1.7%.

According to Property Pal's 'Housing Market Trends Q2 2021', the average rental price in this area is £538 per month.
