Tenant's guide to the letting process

Find the Property

The first step is to find the right property for you. We advertise our rental properties extensively across a number of mediums so when you find one that ticks all the boxes, contact us for a viewing. We help source the right properties for tenants daily, so if you need some advice or guidance, contact us, we’d love to help you find your new home.

Your Viewing

This is your opportunity to visit the property and see if it is the right fit for you. All of our viewings are accompanied with one of our lettings team who will be more than happy to answer any questions about the property and help you make the right decision. Viewings can be booked via telephone or email.

Application

So you’ve found the right property, the next step is to apply. We require a completed application form alongside some supporting documents. Once submitted we aim to process and discuss your application with the landlord as soon as possible to secure you your new home (£30 application fee applies).

Deposit and Rent

Once agreed you will be required to pay the deposit to secure the property and take it off the market. This is also the point where a tenancy start date will be agreed. Your first month’s rent will need to be paid 2 working days ahead of your move-in.

Check-in

The day has come when you will get the keys to your new home! The check-in process consists of signing any outstanding tenancy documentation, reviewing any inventories or schedules of condition and answering any questions you may have. Congratulations!
