THE OPPORTUNITY

Hannath are looking for a self motivated, pro-active individual with a positive attitude who can help to develop our business and increase our market share. Whilst industry experience is preferable it is not an essential criteria for
this particular opportunity as in house training will be given.

The salary offered will be made up of a basic salary plus commission with the overall package range dependent on experience. As this is a ‘selling’ role, you will naturally be targeted on various aspects of the job and we believe targets are there to be smashed!

The successful candidate will be a team player with a smart appearance, excellent communication skills and very comfortable working with computers. Given the nature of the job you may be expected to work some evenings and weekends
as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Help people find their dream home

- Register purchaser details and match them to available stock

- Carry out accompanied property viewings

- Service and sell existing property stock

- List and take on new instructions

- Canvas and attract new instructions

- Deliver high levels of customer service through excellent communication with vendors and purchasers

- Meet personal sales targets

- Be part of an enthusiastic and driven team working towards common goals

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE SALES NEGOTIATOR

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate…

- Property selling skills

- Successful property valuations/listings experience

- Self-motivation

- Accurate reporting of figures

- Target orientated

- A people person

- Smart appearance with a professional work ethic

- Excellent telephone manner and PC skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALES NEGOTIATOR

- Full UK Driving Licence

- Own car

- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
